Social Futures invites an Aboriginal Program Worker to join the Family Connect and Support team in Lismore. This part time role supports families, children, youth and carers with culturally protected and person-centred services.
The role focuses on case coordination and connecting customers to appropriate services. You will work within the Northern Rivers community, engaging Aboriginal communities with respect, knowledge and solid relationships.
