Primo Foods is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Sales team in Greenacre on a 3-month fixed term contract. You will be the first point of contact for customer needs, handling pricing, orders, queries, campaigns, and claims investigations.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will coordinate customer support activities, maintain order accuracy, and build solid relationships across customers and internal functions.
