Maryborough District Health Service is seeking a dedicated practitioner to enhance the daily lives of residents through engaging and enriching activities. This permanent part time role offers 42 hours per fortnight, with adaptable scheduling to suit you and the team.

You will design meaningful, person-centred activities, drawing on a Certificate IV Leisure & Lifestyle or Certificate III Individual Support, and you will use robust communication to connect with residents.
