Job Type: Permanent position | Part time position

Job Description

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients. Support clients in accessing community services and activities.

Monitor and report on clients' progress and well-being to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.

Promote a secure and positive setting for clients.
