Ideagen is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Sydney team. You will manage a portfolio of about 50 accounts across diverse industries, build trusted relationships, and drive value from our SaaS solutions.
In a hybrid role (three days in the Sydney office), you’ll run regular customer meetings and QBRs, create success plans, and support product adoption. You’ll collaborate with Sales and internal teams to support renewals and account growth.
