Biro Strategy is recruiting on behalf of a major meat processing plant in southern NSW for Skilled Meat Workers on the slaughter floor and boning room teams.

Roles involve cross-training across slaughtering and boning duties, cutting meat from bones, boning, trimming, and maintaining knives in a quick-paced chilled workplace.

Minimum AQF Certificate III in Meat Processing and at least 2 years' experience, or visa-based alternatives as detailed in the job spec.
