Accountabilities
Review and process high volume of invoices for client and firm creditors
Review and process partner/staff expense reimbursements




Reconcile key creditor accounts on a weekly/monthly basis
Arrange daily payment of invoices through online banking platform
Assist in the management of all queries relating to the accounts payable function

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have:
Accuracy and timely entry of invoice processing
Solid time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience with our practice management system (Aderant) is desirable but not essential, otherwise comfort with finance software
