Manager-level HR skilled (Band C1 or equivalent).
Available to work on a contractual/part-time basis (7–8 days per month).
Robust experience in end-to-end HR operations and administration.

Statutory and Regulatory Compliance
Australian Employment Laws
Legal and HR Governance
Valuable understanding of Australian HR policies, employment practices, and workplace regulations.
Should be capable of supporting future hiring activities and ensuring HR policies and processes are aligned with Australian legal requirements.
