Mangrove Community Homes is seeking a Housing Support Worker for our temporary supported accommodation at Redland Bay. The site is staffed 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, with regular afternoon shifts and weekend possibilities.

You will provide strengths-based, client-centred case management to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, focusing on housing-first outcomes. You’ll work within a trauma-informed framework to meet individual needs and goals, helping clients access secure,
