About the Roles

We are currently seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developers and Power Platform Developers to join several leading organisations based in Perth, WA . These are hybrid contract opportunities offering the chance to work on large-scale transformation and modernisation programs within the public and private sectors.

As a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI . You’ll collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable, and secure business applications.

Responsibilities
Develop, customise, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications.
Design and build solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and data sources using Dataverse , Azure , and API-based integrations.
Participate in full SDLC activities:



requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing solutions to improve performance and user experience.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with architectural standards and business requirements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, release notes, and support guides.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience developing and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
Solid hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience with Dataverse , Azure Logic Apps , and Azure Functions desirable.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Microsoft environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are highly regarded.
