Rockhampton Hospital is seeking a Permanent Full Time Director’s Secretary to support the Clinical Director in a rapid-paced Surgical team. You will manage diaries, meetings, rosters and urgent requests, ensuring smooth daily operations behind the scenes and coordinating with a busy multidisciplinary team.

You will work autonomously with discretion, while solving problems, meeting deadlines and contributing to continuous improvements in a energetic hospital setting.
