Lead C++ Core Trading Systems Developer - Proprietary Trading Firm (Relocation)

Our quick-growing proprietary trading client seeks a Lead C++ Core Trading Systems Developer to join their exchange connectivity team. In this role, you'll be leading a team and be at the forefront of developing and improving low-latency trading systems.

Responsibilities
Lead the way: You will manage a team of highly skilled software developers, guiding projects from start to finish. This includes everything from gathering requirements and analysis to development, testing, and deployment
Build creative systems: You'll design and implement complex software systems that meet demanding performance and scalability goals within a agile trading setting
Drive real impact: Your work will directly support our trading process. By integrating sophisticated coding with innovative engineering ideas, you'll optimize systems that process massive amounts of data with exceptional speed and stability





Qualifications
Technical C++ Leadership Expertise: At least 8 years of hands-on experience designing and developing applications using C++ on Linux, with a minimum of 3 years working as a team lead in the financial trading space
Connectivity Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with exchange connectivity technology and a strong understanding of financial products and market data
Education Qualification: A bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or related discipline is required
