Job Description

UX/UI design: Create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences and interfaces.

Design process: Translate user/business needs into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.

User research: Experience with user research, usability testing and design validation.

Tools: Robust proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent.

Design systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and reusable components.

Accessibility & responsive design: Strong understanding of accessibility, usability and responsive design.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, BAs, developers and service designers in Agile teams.

Development support: Provide transparent design specifications and guidance to developers.

Communication: Robust stakeholder communication, collaboration and ability to explain/storytell design decisions.
