Data#3 is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a long‑term contract role. The position focuses on Information & Records Management, SharePoint implementation, and digital content ecosystems, supporting large‑scale enterprise modernisation projects in document management, content governance, metadata design, workflow automation, and information lifecycle management.

Required Experience
10+ years of Business Analysis experience delivering large and complex ICT projects
Demonstrated experience in SharePoint configuration requirements, including sites, libraries, lists, and workflows




Robust capability in business process modelling (BPMN/UML)
Ability to manage ambiguity and provide structured recommendations
Experience with enterprise records management platforms (e.g., Objective, Content Manager, Records365, etc.)
Exposure to document/content migration projects
Experience across government, regulated industries, or large enterprise settings
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools

Qualifications
Tertiary degree in Business, IT, Information Management, or related discipline (desirable)
CBAP, BABOK, or similar certification (advantageous)
