The Talent Initiative is partnering with a leading energy utility on a major Retail Transformation and we’re looking for two more experienced Business Analysts to join the program.

The Work

You’ll play a key role across multiple domains, including:
Connections
Payments
Finance

You don’t need to be a unicorn in every area, but you must be comfortable operating in large, complex utilities or similar operational settings.

You’ll Be Doing Things Like:
Working closely with the Retail Transformation team to shape and deliver solutions
Engaging stakeholders across Billing, Connections, Payments, Affordability and Finance
Analysing processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting delivery teams
Bringing a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset to a rapid-moving environment

You’ll Bring:




Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in utilities or large-scale operations
Confidence working across multiple domains and shifting priorities
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience in Billing, Payments, Connections, Affordability or Finance (highly regarded)
