Red Hawk Casino is seeking an experienced Line Cook to prepare, season, finish and garnish dishes to spec. The role supports the Chef/Sous Chef in quality checks and training, while maintaining a clean, secure kitchen and proper food storage.

You will rotate stations as needed and supervise junior cooks to ensure standards are met. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and culinary training, with at least two years of related kitchen experience and the ability to work 18+ years old.
