Our Client is a GLOBAL Organisation and one of the most well know Contact Centres in Australia.
Due to the growth of one of their largest Government Clients, we are seeking Customer Service focused individuals to join the team in Sydney.
We are seeking individuals who thrive in a busy and fast paced environment. Experience is not required for this role, as we will provide FULL Training.
What we require you to have is a strong customer service background and an enthusiastic nature.
You will need to have:
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive and resilient outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Year 12 certificate, Diploma or Cert 3 or equivalent
Offering 2 start dates in November,
and working from North Ryde these roles offer a supportive and dynamic management team, easy accessibility to public transport, ongoing training and coaching, but most importantly the opportunity to be part of a truly customer focused centre.
You will be required to complete a 7-min online test. Successful candidates will be required to complete National checks.
