Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Relationship Manager located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with clients and providers to ensure long‑term success. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing tailored strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional presentation and client experiences. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, providing regular feedback to improve services,

Qualifications
Solid skills in Customer Relationship Management, Presentation, and Relationship Building
Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
Analytical Thinking, Problem‑Solving, and Decision‑Making abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools and software for efficient client management processes
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with cross‑functional departments
Proven experience in account management, sales, or related fields is highly desirable
