This established Crow's Nest studio has built a robust reputation across retail, residential and civic sectors, working closely with repeat clients and delivering complex projects with consistency. With a major shopping centre project now underway, they’re looking to bring in a Project Architect to help drive coordination through to completion.

You’ll be working directly with the builder, consultants and client-side team, playing a key role in keeping the project moving, resolving issues on site and ensuring documentation aligns with delivery.

What you’ll be doing
Work closely with builder, consultants and project stakeholders
Resolve technical issues and maintain design intent on site
Manage documentation updates and information flow
Support programme alignment and construction milestones
Ensure smooth delivery through to completion

What you’ll need
️ Strong Revit capability across documentation
️ Experience delivering large‑scale projects through construction
Exposure to retail, mixed‑use or commercial developments
Confident working with builders and multidisciplinary teams
Solid understanding of construction phase coordination
Proactive approach with ability to problem‑solve on the go
