Optimum Health Solutions in NSW is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. You will conduct assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans and deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions across clinic, home, community and school settings.

You will work with children, adolescents and adults with complex needs, collaborating with families, carers and support coordinators to improve quality of life and community participation.
