Maxlife Care is seeking warm, energetic female Disability Support Workers to assist two young women with psychosocial disabilities in their home and community in Lake Macquarie. The role emphasises independence, meaningful social connections and structured support.

Applicants should have at least two years’ disability experience, a Certificate III in Disability, CPR/First Aid, and a NSW Driver's Licence. Our setting values empathy, reliability and robust communication with clients and teams.
