Minor Hotels is seeking a Business Development Manager - MICE for Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, a premier Hunter Valley destination. You will identify recent business prospects, develop strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth across corporate, meetings, incentives, conferences and events (MICE) segments.

You will lead prospecting, manage key accounts, present proposals, and collaborate with events, front office, reservations and revenue teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
