Contract Administrator – Commercial Construction | $130K–$150K + Super The Prospect

A well-established construction group is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing team. This is a full‑time, permanent role offering long‑term career progression, a supportive team culture, and a genuine focus on work/life balance. You’ll be working across a range of commercial projects, managing contracts from pre‑construction through to handover. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick‑paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of project outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing projects from early procurement through to completion and defect liability.
Attending design and site coordination meetings.
Ensuring compliance with building specifications, standards, and contractual obligations.
Conducting tender interviews, subcontractor negotiations, and contract letting.
Overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.




Preparing and maintaining detailed programs and monthly progress reports.

What You’ll Bring
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role, ideally within the commercial construction sector.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Contracts Administration, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and within a team.
