LendUs is a fintech that guides Australians through home loans, from approval to settlement. We are creating a brand-current Settlements function and are seeking a Settlements Operations Lead to own the post-approval journey and drive the smooth transition to settlement.
In this role you will coordinate brokers, lenders, customers and settlement agents, design scalable processes, and lead a team as the function grows. You'll work in a quick-paced setting focused on customer outcomes.
