dnata Airport Services is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to drive people initiatives across a rapid-paced aviation workplace. You’ll partner with leaders to deliver practical P&C; guidance, employee relations, performance and talent development, and change initiatives.

The role requires solid HR/IR knowledge, stakeholder influence, and a willingness to travel. A Bachelor’s degree in HR/IR is preferred, with experience in blue-collar or unionised settings.
