Dirk’s South Bank is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help launch and lead the current Brisbane store. You’ll run shifts, coach the team from the floor, and support rostering, stock, and compliance to deliver excellent food and customer experience.

You’ll be hands-on, reliable, and capable of stepping up when the Store Manager is away, with a explicit path to Store Manager as the brand grows.
