VERVE Fitness, an Australian gym equipment manufacturer, seeks its first Customer Success Manager to own key customer relationships with proactive calls and problem prevention. You’ll build a smooth rhythm for hundreds of accounts and seek reviews, referrals, and testimonials.

Office-based in Upper Coomera, part of the Gold Coast region, the role requires 2+ years in account management or customer success and solid CRM experience. A driver’s licence and Australian work rights are required.
