About the role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll have the freedom to build your own pipeline and work it your way. Air Boar is an established, growing HVAC business with a strong operational team behind you — so you can sell with confidence knowing the delivery side is solid. Your job is to get out on the road, find prospects, build relationships and bring home current business. Once you win it, our operations team takes over the delivery.

Key responsibilities
Proactively identifying and pursuing new HVAC maintenance and service opportunities across South-East QLD
Building relationships with building owners, facility managers, property managers, developers and consultants
Attending site visits, networking events and business meetings to generate and qualify leads
Preparing and presenting proposals in partnership with the operations team
Handing won accounts to operations — then doing it all again
Reporting to the Sales Manager on pipeline, activity and wins

About you
A genuine hunter — you don't wait for leads to come to you, you go and find them
Experience in HVAC, mechanical services,



building services or a related industry (advantageous but not essential)
Strong communication skills and the confidence to open doors and hold conversations at every level
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
Driving licence and willingness to be on the road across South-East QLD regularly
