The Prospect:

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in Dandenong South to recruit a Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic prospect for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being an integral part of a busy team.
Working closely with customers, the sales team and internal departments, you will provide end-to-end sales administration support, coordinate customer orders and help ensure a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Prepare quotes, order confirmations and sales documentation
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
Liaise with customers regarding orders, stock availability and delivery timeframes
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and operations teams
Maintain accurate customer, pricing and order information within internal systems
Proactively follow up outstanding orders and assist with resolving any issues
Prepare and update reports,



spreadsheets and sales documentation
Assist with ad hoc sales administration tasks as required

About You:
Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Internal Sales or a similar role
Solid communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence managing multiple customer requests and priorities
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems will be highly regarded
Previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale or a product-based environment is advantageous
A proactive, positive and team-focused approach

The Perks:
$70,000–$80,000 + Superannuation depending on experience
