Reporting to the Underground Supervisor, you will be responsible for the protected and efficient operation of long hole drilling equipment, achieving production targets while maintaining Redpath's commitment to safety and operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global leader in underground mining services while enjoying a balanced 7 days on, 7 days off roster.

Responsibilities
Operate long hole drilling equipment safely and efficiently.
Complete drilling activities in line with production schedules and mine plans.
Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks.
Accurately record drilling data and production information.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and equipment care.




Adhere to site procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Work collaboratively with the underground operations team.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Long Hole Driller in an underground mining setting.
Experience operating Sandvik or equivalent long hole drill rigs.
Strong commitment to safety and protected work practices.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Current and valid driver's licence.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
