About the Role

This role works closely with multiple internal teams including reservations, air services, operations, and sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service to customers after their booking has been confirmed
Assist guests with booking amendments including upgrades, extensions, extra nights, supplements, and special requests
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a skilled and timely manner
Follow up deposits, final payments, and travel documentation requirements
Educate customers on destinations, products, and promotional offers
Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems
Liaise with internal departments regarding itinerary updates, special requirements, and operational changes
Support airline-related service requests including seating, schedule changes, and special meals




Provide assistance with overflow inbound sales and service calls when required
Support leadership with day-to-day operational tasks across the department

About You
Previous experience within a customer service, reservations, sales support, or call centre environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Strong computer skills including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Travel industry experience essential
Experience using Sabre or other GDS systems will be advantageous
