Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Field Technician Mechanical Plumber to join our team in Dandenong South, Victoria. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the effective installation and repair of plumbing systems within the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our clients, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
Commission and install new air conditioning systems across residential and light commercial projects.
Support the training, mentoring, and development of apprentices.
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial air conditioning installations.
Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with other trades to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work setting.




Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a robust team-focused approach.
Display a high level of reliability, professionalism, and punctuality.
Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
Be flexible and willing to work overtime when operational requirements demand.

Qualifications:
Qualified Mechanical plumber with relevant certifications.
Proven experience in mechanical plumbing within the HVAC industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
