About the Role:

As a Picker / Packer, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently before being delivered across our network. Using MHE / Pallet rider equipment and RF scanners, you’ll work as part of a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Successful applicants will be allocated to the team best suited to their skills and experience.

Ambient & White Milk:
Repetitive manual handling including consistent lifting of heavier products




Fast-paced work workplace while maintaining accuracy and meeting daily productivity targets

Chiller:
Temperature-controlled environment requiring exceptional attention to detail
Precise, repetitive picking at a consistent high work rate

Freezer (Thawback):
Work in sub-zero conditions at a reliable and consistent pace
Previous freezer experience is highly regarded

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners
Meet productivity and accuracy targets
Perform repetitive manual handling throughout your shift
Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
Work collaboratively within a high-performing team

What You’ll Bring:
Previous warehouse order picking experience
Experience using a MHE / Pallet rider
Experience using RF scanners
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to workplace safety
