Scentre Group operates Westfield Chermside and is seeking a Customer Services Supervisor to lead the Concierge and Valet teams, ensuring premium service experiences for visitors. The role oversees daily operations, supports frontline staff and collaborates with the Services Manager to raise performance and standards.

You will manage rosters, engage with customers and retailers, and contribute to a high-performing team culture in a quick-paced, customer-first setting.
