Western Work Force is seeking an experienced HR Officer for a Guildford-based construction client. The role focuses on generalist HR support, policy governance, compliance, and workforce coordination.

You will maintain HR documentation, interpret policies, and work with managers on policy implementation while supporting onboarding, investigations, and employee lifecycle changes. This is a permanent, Monday–Friday position with a explicit pathway for growth.
