Join a high-performing independent agency in Ryde as a Sales & Marketing Administrator, supporting a team of four successful sales agents. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator looking to join a professional team with a strong reputation and supportive environment.

About the Role:
Monday-Friday
Support a team of 4 Sales Agents
Manage sales administration from listing through to settlement
Prepare listing presentations, auction packs and sales documentation
Ensure compliance across all sales files
Coordinate with vendors, solicitors, valuers, building & pest inspectors and council
Organise property access, photography, inspections and open homes
Prepare Saturday open and auction packs
Assist with marketing and general sales support

About You:




Previous experience in real estate sales administration or reception
Strong understanding of the property sales process
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Polished, skilled and confident when dealing with clients
Excellent communication and time management skills
Current Certificate of Registration (COR) is preferred
