We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a busy construction team delivering a range of commercial and retail fit out projects across Western Sydney.

This is a outstanding chance for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys being site-based, managing projects from the ground up and working closely with clients, subcontractors and consultants to ensure successful delivery.
The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of commercial and retail fit out projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing the delivery of commercial and retail fit out projects
Overseeing day-to-day site operations and subcontractor performance




Managing project programmes, budgets, quality and safety
Coordinating trades, consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders
Liaising directly with clients and providing regular project updates
Managing variations, procurement and project documentation
Identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track
Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

We are looking for a practical and proactive Project Manager with a robust background in commercial construction.
