About the Role
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team - direct report up to 3
Oversee operational performance, client KPIs and service delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and key clients
Drive business growth, client retention and new opportunities
Implement new systems and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Manage financial and operational targets
Ensure compliance, quality and safety standards are consistently maintained

About You
This is an excellent prospect for an experienced insurance building leader looking to take ownership of a state operation and play a key role in its continued growth.




5+ years experience in Operations or State Management, ideally within insurance building
Candidates with residential or commercial construction experience looking to take the next step will also be considered
Solid knowledge of the building insurance industry preferred
Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
