About the Role:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality labels and packaging solutions. For over 50 years, the company has provided innovative products and exceptional customer service to a diverse range of industries. We are seeking an experienced, organised and reliable Dispatch Stock Controller to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment in Berrinba.
This hands-on role will see you coordinating daily dispatch, booking freight, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer orders are dispatched correctly and on time.

Duties
Responsible for daily dispatch of orders around Australia, handling on average 300 to 500 jobs per month
Book freight and prepare dispatch documentation
Check, package and label outgoing goods
Maintain accurate inventory and complete stock checks




Investigate stock discrepancies
Assist with stocktakes and warehouse operations
Communicate with internal teams regarding deliveries and priorities
Operate forklifts safely and maintain warehouse housekeeping

Skills and Experience
Previous warehouse, dispatch or inventory control experience
Current Forklift Licence – essential
High level IT skills including sound experience with ERP systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a busy environment
Physically capable of warehouse duties
Reliable own vehicle and licence, as the location is not easily accessible by public transport
This role is NOT SUITABLE to candidates who do not have Permanent Residency.
