The Organisation
Our client is a market leading business within their given industry; and due to their continued growth are seeking an Accounts Payable officer to join their supportive team. Our client is based in Melbourne's South East suburbs and seeking a highly motivated individual.

The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, not limited to:
High level of processing invoices on a daily basis
Assisting with supplier concerns and queries
Performing other adhoc account duties
Assisting in reporting
Assisting with preparing batch payments

The Ideal Candidates
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however, not limited to:




Previous experience with processing of invoices
Has experience in daily bank reconciliations
Can ideally start as soon as possible
High attention to detail
Ability to work within a team environment
Explicit written and verbal communication skills
