We Care Support Services in Victoria Point, QLD, is seeking a compassionate NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part time basis. You will work with participants, families and providers to build capacity and help participants achieve their NDIS goals. You will manage a quality-focused caseload with ongoing supervision from our leadership team, supporting four days a week with potential progression to full time.
