About the Role:

Unique prospect to manage and grow a Global B2B Leading organisations social media presence across all key platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives across key brands.

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the company’s organic social media communities across key platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) – across all key brands.
Monitor and engage with audiences in real-time, fostering a positive, responsive, and on-brand social presence
Respond to community questions, feedback, and issues in a timely manner – fielding questions and responses with internal SME’s where relevant
Identify community trends, conversations, and opportunities for brand engagement
Plan, create, and schedule organic content in alignment with brand voice, and marketing goals
Implement brand campaigns in social channels
Collaborating with team to ensure alignment of content across all brand channels where relevant, and content support the broader brand objectives
Leverage user-generated content (UGC), influencer contributions, and community insights to inform content direction including managing the calendar and associated content




Collaborate with Brand sponsorship partners to identify content prospects
Source and manage influencer relationships
Track performance of organic content and community engagement using analytics tools and provide regular reporting on key metrics (e.g. engagement rate, growth, reach, sentiment) and community health
Use insights to inform future content and community strategies

Who we're seeking:
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation
Proven experience in content creation and social media management across key platforms (e.g Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to collaborate effectively across internal team and external partners
Proficient in basic design, scheduling and editing tools
Ability to track, report, and analyse content performance to inform strategy and optimise results
Robust time management skills and the ability to respond to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
