Ferngrove Pharmaceuticals Australia is a TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) licensed Contract Manufacturing facility, specializing in complementary medicines and health food products, all manufactured under strict GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. The company is looking for an experienced ICT System Analyst to join us in our head office on a permanent full-time basis.

About the role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced ICT Systems Analyst to join our team. The ICT Systems Analyst is to assess processes and methods used in existing ICT systems, recommend modifications, additions or new systems to meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upgrade existing ecommerce, IT systems such as in SAGE by finding ways to add current functions to an existing system and modifying it as per the user requirements.

• Work closely with the Director on budget, forecasting preparation and analytical activities required in relation to issues, risks, gaps and remediation strategies.

• Determine costs/perks of projects, initiatives and changes.

• Initiate and conduct data and market analysis.

• Utilise analytics to identify trends and customise the user experience through digital marketing and personalisation.





• Troubleshooting technical issues and creating report on regular basis for improvements as per business requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process efficiency/improvements in all aspects of reporting and analysis.

• Examine business practice, determining the feasibility of project plans, using project management methodologies.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in information technology or highly related field.

• Minimum one year’s experience in ICT System Analyst.

• Proven superb ability to investigate, analyze, conceptualize and report.

• Demonstrated outstanding ability to understand user needs, communicate effectively and think creatively.

• Demonstrated highly skills in using logical approach and business outcome approach to solve problems.

• Demonstrated significant experience in providing guidance and advice as an ICT System analyst.
