About the Role We are looking for a enthusiastic Optical Dispenser or Optical Assistant to join our team.

We are a well-established independent optometry practice where outstanding service and solid community relationships come first. This role offers approximately 10–15 hours per week, making it a fantastic fit for someone looking for great work-life balance and long-term stability. Key Responsibilities Frame & Lens Selection: Assisting customers with frame styling and optimal lens choices. Order Management: Dispensing and accurately ordering spectacle and contact lens jobs. Practice Support: Handling general administrative duties, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing incoming queries.
