Your Recent Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your store’s performance across sales, people, operations and customer experience. You’ll be a hands-on leader who inspires your team, drives results and ensures the store consistently reflects the brand’s values and standards.
Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
Be actively involved on the shop floor, supporting customers and leading from the front
Manage all day-to-day store operations including rosters, wages, stock and visual standards
Create a positive, accountable team culture where people feel supported and proud of their work




Monitor store performance, identify trends and take action to maximise opportunities
Ensure visual merchandising and presentation are always on brand and commercially strong
Work closely with head office to implement promotions, training and brand initiatives
Champion a premium customer experience that keeps customers coming back

The Experience Checklist:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion or lifestyle retail
A strong people leader with a passion for coaching, development and succession planning
Sales-driven and commercially minded, confident working with KPIs and budgets
Highly organised, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on and energetic, thriving in a customer-facing leadership role
Outlet experience is a plus, though not essential
