About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Comuna Cantina City. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane City location.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and front-of-house team

Manage staffing, rosters, service standards and customer experience

Supervise reservations, table allocations and service flow

Train, mentor and support floor staff to maintain high service standards

Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control in coordination with management

Assist with budgeting, reporting and operational planning

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and liquor licensing requirements

Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant management or senior hospitality management role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills





Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high service standards

Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, staff supervision and cost control

Relevant hospitality qualifications will be regarded favourably
