Warehouse Leading Hand
to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and supporting team performance on the floor.
This role offers a stable
day shift roster
, strong team culture and the opportunity to contribute to operational improvement and safety outcomes.
What's on offer
• Permanent, full-time opportunity
• Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:00pm (long weekends every week)
• Supportive leadership team and established manufacturing operation
Key responsibilities
• Support daily production activities and coordinate workflow on the floor




• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to production staff
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and operational procedures
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team performance
About you
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Team Leader or Senior Operator role within manufacturing
•
Current forklift licence – essential
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable, proactive and able to lead by example on the production floor
