You will monitor staff performance and ensure engagement with clients, while ensuring adherence to behaviour support plans, IPRPs, medical requirements and personal care for safety and wellbeing.
The role requires implementing Head Office policies, maintaining NDIS standards, developing rosters of care, and delivering services aligned with business goals.
