We're looking for an exceptional
Store Manager
to lead our Chermside Store, to bring the energy, passion and excitement of the Swatch brand to life, every minute.

Recruit, onboard and train new team members to ensure they're set up for success
Lead and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Identify strengths, unlock potential and develop your team
Analyse results and identify opportunities to improve performance
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards that bring the Swatch brand to life
Lead by example by inspiring confidence through exceptional service and product knowledge
Manage reporting, administration and compliance requirements
Adhere to company policies, procedures and brand standards
Ensure inventory management and stocktake processes are executed accurately
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or retail leadership role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach and inspire
Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You'll Stand Out If You Have
Experience with watches, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or premium retail
A passion for design, innovation and customer experience
The ability to create excitement, engagement and energy within your team and store
