Harris Farm Markets Pty seeks a Head of WHS and Injury Management to lead safety across 30+ stores, 3 warehouses, and supply chain operations across NSW, ACT and QLD. You will report to the Group Head of Risk, Safety and Food Safety, and lead Safety Partners and Injury Support Officers protecting 3,600+ Harris Farmers.
You will build a culture where safety is owned at every level, manage the department budget, and report on the financial impact of safety, contributing to EBITDA protection
